What Causes Late And Lighter Periods?

my periods were missed by 4 days and then periods started and know the flow of bleeding is very less as it used to be, scanty bleeding started yesterday. We are trying to get pregnany and my cycles have been very regular, every 29/30 days. last period was on june 22nd.
