What Causes Late Menstruation And Headache?

Hey , I m 7 days late and have been getting some headaches but other than that I feel fine. I m never late and had sex once in January but it was protected. My last period was 12-27-15 to 1-01-16. I ve been off birth control for two months now and just started college Jan 6 so maybe stress? (Got off birth control to get on a new one nust been waiting for the right time to start it) I also felt my cervix and has little bumps on it ? Feel like it s in normal position tho.

I really appreciate your concern, such irregular menses could be due to contraceptive hormone medicine and it may not be anything else and it is nothing to worry, be patience it will be okay soon it may not be normal one but not risky or anything harmful hope this information helps.
