What Causes Late Period Along With Right Side Back Pain?

Hi I am about 5-6 days late on my period I have a negative test result and one with an extremely faint line. I am having right side back pain with it and feel just like I did when I was pregnant with my daughter. 21/2 weeks ago I had light spotting that only happened 1 day and only 2 times when I wiped. Is there any chance I can still be pregnant? Or you think it's something more serious?

Well come to HCM
If this is history of amenorrhea of couple of week so better get done the ultrasonography test because urine test is not reliable this may be pseudo positive or negative, hope this information helps, although chances of pregnancy is very less likely, have a nice day.
