What Causes Late Periods And Clear Vaginal Discharge?

Hi, I am four days late on my cycle. I had sex exactly two weeks ago and I had a clear discharge when I went to the bathroom today. I have taken two pregnancy tests (one this past Thursday and earlier today) they both came back negative. Was it to early to take the test? I do not want to be pregnant. How can I tell if I am not?
