What Causes Late Periods, Tender Breast And Abdominal Discomfort?

Hi, I m kinda confused on what s going on with me. My husband had a vasectomy in 09 , my period is/was a week late, I ve had nausea, slightly tender breasts, lower mid abdominal.. discomfort?, some mucus yesterday, and today pink/orange LIGHT bleeding.. Almost spotting. My periods are normally very heavy for the first 2-3 days, then a day or two of spotting so this is very odd. Any ideas? Thanks :)
