What Causes Late Periods, Tender Breasts And Mood Swings?

Hi! I m 27 years old I had my tubes tied at age 23 after my second child. My period is a month late I m having terrible none stop headaches, dizziness, heartburn, sore tender breast, tired, moody. I ve took two hm pregnancy test both negative, could I be pregnant?

Hi,

It is very unlikely that you are pregnant. Two negative pregnancy test and history of tubal ligation, make it very very unlikely that you are pregnant.
These symptoms that you have could be due to hormonal imbalance, please get your Thyroid levels and FSH, LH, and an opinion from a good physician, also get your blood pressure checked.
