What Causes Late Periods, Vaginal Discharge And Nausea?

i have been very nausiated extremly fatiged and have been having a lard amount of vaginal discharge i am on the pill but i missed it for like 2 days my preiod is 2 days late i took a pregancy test but it was negative, could i be pregnant? are these pregnancy symptoms?
