What Causes Lateral Bulge In Knee Without Injury?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I have a lateral bulge on my right knee that appeared about 6 wks ago. I did not injure my knee that i can remenber, although I did notice it anfter trecking around the mountain during hunting season. I have no limitation as a result of it, but I'd just like to know if I should worry about it or will it go away by itself.
