What Causes Lateral Curvature On Spinal Cord?

Hello doctor, m 23 years old girl. my weight is 60 kg and i m 5 feet and 8 inches tall.I have a posture problem since 7-8 years when i notiiced that first .I noticed that my back bone is not straight . dere is a lateral curvature in my spinal cord.as such i have no pain and discomfort.
