Hi,

This is most likely the early signs of diabetes mellitus. This includes easy fatigability, loss of energy, and always feeling like eating, polyphagia. Shaking of the fingers are tremors which are common in hypoglycaemia, and low blood sugar in the blood.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mutuma Geoffrey Zambezi
