What Causes Laziness And Feeling Spaced Out After Getting Hit On Head?

hi, i hit my head, on a stop sign pole the other day, and i hit it directly in the center of my head, where the split is on my brain, i fetl a spaciousness, and even a bit crazy. now i feel my right side is lazy a bit, is that alway going to be like that or is that me just experiencing the effect for a bit. and what should i do.

Is there any vomiting? Any altered vision or ear or nose bleed? How old are you? In case of old age possibility of extradural bleed. But in young and healthy people it may be a mild concussion or scalp abrasion. Anyway, once get consult your physician or neurophysician near by then he will examine and treat you accordingly.
