Dear service user,
Thanks for writing to us.
I understand your concern about fluid discharge on sexual arousal.
You did not mentioned age, marital status or sexual activity history which could help me to understand your issue better.
When one has sexual arousal (watching, thinking erotic content), there is discharge from accessory sex organs in genitals. This is completely normal thing.
When one engages in regular sexual intercourse or masturbation, this reduces.
This is not a disease. No medication or treatment.
I suggest psychological counseling with your therapist.
Warm regards.
