What Causes Leakage Of Sperms Without Masturbation?
Dear sir I am now 24 years old I have been releasing sperm from my 11 years old due to my ignorance so please suggest me sir what to do and what will be the problem with this. And now daily my sperm is released frequently with out doing masturbeat or anything.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Does this happen during night or any time? if it happens in night, it is called night fall as seen in many adolescents.
It will not harm you as semen is formed in body to be released like any other body fluids.
During masturbation or sex, it is released. When you don't do any of these, it may come out as a night fall in dreams.
Keep yourself involved in playful activities and do regular exercise. if it dosen't improve then consult a psychiatrist.

Once you get engage into the sex, the leakage of sperms due to sexual hyperstimulation will disappear. Do masturbation regularly 3 to 4 times per week as it is normal sexual behavior and doe not cause any side effects.
As semen production process is continuous, without masturbation, it will come out naturally or with the thought of sex.
Do regular exercise in the morning daily 45 to 60 minutes. Take healthy diet that is rich in protein, fresh fruits and antioxidant rich items like almonds and tablet 'CoQ'.
