What Causes Leaky Anus After A Colonoscopy?

before my colonoscopy, i had a leaky anus, sometimes yellow, sometimes clear (but no smell). i had my colonoscopy, no polyps, no tissues removed. still, to this day, i have a leaky anus. i use 1/2 paper towel, just between my buttcheeks. i use the medicated wipes, around my anus, not all the time. my diet is mostly fruit during the day, at evening, i eat light meats, but always eat cheese. any problems? do i need to change my diet? thanks.
