What Causes Left Abdominal Discomfort With Irregular Periods And Hematuria?

Hi Sarrah my period is irregular that sometimes I don t have period the whole month, I m trying to get pregnant for a year now, just last week I had a blood in my urine and frequently needed to pee all the time for two days the following day I had a pressure pain in my thighs near my butt cheeks for four days. And I m feeling weird it feels like there s something moving in my left lower tummy. What this could be?
