What Causes Left Abdominal Pain, Headache And Nausea?

hello, 50 year old male with pain in left abdomen area, severe headaches, stiff/sore neck, and nausea at times. I have had these symptoms about 4-5 days. I have had Hep B previously and my weight is 147, and I am 5 9 inches tall. What does this sound like?

Hi.Thanks for your query.
read your history and understood your problem.
From the history you have provided , this looks to be a problem of Gastroenteritis , may be something like typhoid.
Pain in abdomen can be due to infection , which in turn gives rise to headacjhe and stiff muscles as the toxins of the infection from the intestines spreads through the blood to other areas.
I would advise you the following:
Get the tests of blood, urine ans stool done ;
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
Get a proper medical treatment in the form of an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotic and paracetamol when needed.
