What Causes Left Abdominal Pain Long After Right Radical Nephrectomy?

my kidney is hurting, I only have one on the left side after having a right radical nephrectomy in 2004 for Kidney cancer (a large mass in the kidney) and had no recurrence or complication until now. I feel confident that my left kidney is the source of my pain. How to know if it is urgent or can wait till my doctor can see me in two weeks. Plus if it is an infection would I need an elevated temperature? I have no fever.The pain came on suddenly on Saturday and was quite intense, it has subsided to an ache,

I really appreciate your concern, if this was the malignant condition of kidney and went through radical surgery, and having pain in renal area so it has to be seen for some lesion in kidney it is just for safe side, it may not be malignancy again but pain can not be taken as granted, hope this information helps.
