What Causes Left Arm Pain Post Open Heart Surgery?

i had open heart surgery 3 weeks ago. just this week i am having pain in my left arm. after the pain appears i get a pain in my side in my rib cage. i am being told it is possible muscular or skeletal aftermath from my surgery but i am not feeling this is the answer.

yes it may be noncardiac in nature .but if you eant to be sure then please go for ecg ..chest xray or echocardiography
