General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

This is the time to withdraw your Methamphetamine because you start becoming addicted to it. Medicine has started its side effects. Check your BP, do ECG to rule out any Coronary Artery Disease - Ischemia. With your history, soreness in the left arm may be Myocardial Ischemia.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr. C. Elanchezhian, General & Family Physician
