What Causes Left Chest Pain Intermittently With Headache And Fatigue?

I m having intermittent pain on the left side of my chest near my shoulder . Should i be concerned? It comes and goes and last a few seconds. On a scale of 1-10 for pain it would be a 7 . I don t don t have any other symptoms other than a slight headache. and fatigue. I am a female , 48 years old non smoker , non drinker vegetarian . I have relatively low stress and am physically active daily. Thank you

Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic.

Chest pain could be due to problems in Heart , Lungs , Lung coverings ( Pleura ) , Muscular problems , Hyper acidity or Nerve compression at neck Level ( Cervical Radiculopathy )

IN your case I feel your chest pain is either due to Heart issue or Cervical Radiculopathy. I advise you to get a Treadmill test done first and if it comes normal then do a MRI Cervical spine .

Whatever it is no need to worry , but don't neglect , kindly get the advised test done and revert back .
