What Causes Left Chest Pain?

I have been waking up with terrible pains in my left chest. I sleep on my stomach and I have a broken rib on that side, though the pain does not seem to be coming from that area, till now I have simply attributed it to my smoking habbit. I also recently developed a swelling on the top right of my mouth, thought this to be sinus related now am unsure. I also have developed swelling of the glands to the right of my testicles. Any help on any of these matters would be greatly appreciated.
