What Causes Left Ear Pain And Stiff Neck Upon Physical Activity?

I am a 48 year old male, I am 179 cms tall and I weigh 100kgs. Recently I have noticed that if I exert myself briefly, I get a feeling of ear ache in my left ear, a stiff neck, left sided and a tightening across the top of my chest! I have no medical problems.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, the problems are associated with generalized weakness secondary to vitamins and calciuk deficiencies. I would recommend you to take fresh fruits, juices and milk daily. Get good vitamins and calcium available over the counter.

And if still problem persist then you should get your thyroid function check to look for any hypothroidism causing such lethagy and aches.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin
