What Causes Left Eyelid And Occipital Head Pulsation With Fever?

i have a pulsating left eyelid, the back of my head from the left side is also pulsating. I have lost weight over the past three months. That may be because I am currently not eating well: jst one meal per day. I have a history of concussion. Heavy weights fell on my head and i fell unconscious for a couple of minutes. MRI was not performed. Recently experiencing constant fever.
