What Causes Left Groin Pain And Dark Urination?

I am having severe pain in my left groin area. When I walk with my left foot strait, the pain feels as if I add any weight, my pelvis will break. With this pain, I ve also noticed my urine being a darker color & maybe some bleeding?? After I urinate, it feels like bubbles are being released....Just not sure What the root cause could be? Ovaries? Kidney s? Bladder?
