What Causes Left Leg And Flank Pain?

I am having left leg throbbing with flank stabbing pain. Both legs feel heavy walking up three flights of stairs. I have bluish discoloration to lower left leg like a cluster of thread veins and a small lump to mid outer left leg. Any ideas? Thank you
