Hello,

You are suffering from pain in the left leg and also intermittent pain in the groin. You masturbate everyday and think it could be the cause. Masturbation is a safe practice and may not be the reason for your leg pain. However, avoid excessive self pleasuring as it may stress you. Excess masturbation may drain the testicles and continuing to masturbate may trigger pain in the groin radiating to the legs. Stay well hydrated to reduce stress and limit masturbation, wait and watch, give rest to your leg.

Your leg and groin pain should reduce. Take Combiflam or naproxen, one stat for relief. If sexually active, avoid prolonged sex, make it less frequent for a couple of days. Take home made nutritious food rich in vitamins C and B, take food good for the nerves. However, you re advised to get clinically examined by a GP / urologist to rule out hernia, hydrocele, STD or any other factor that may cause the symptoms. You will be treated accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
