What Causes Left Leg Pain From Knee To Ankle After Rupturing Blood Vessel?

I was in a car accident a year and a half ago, I had a broken blood vessel on my left leg, now about 4 months ago my left leg aches from my knee down to my ankle, I have no swelling just pain , should I be concerned? It really hurts when I lay on that leg! Can you help?

please do MRI AND CONSULT WITH REPORTS.ALTERNATELY TAKE HOT AND COLD WATER COMPRESS.TAKE CALCAREA CARB 30 IN GLOUBLES 4-7PILLS THRICE DAILY FOR 7 DAYS.THE PAIN IS DUE TO MUSCLE INJURY OR BLOOD COLLECTION SO PLEASE DO MRI TO KNOW THE CAUSE THANKS
