General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your chest pain is not due to the cardiac cause as all the cardiac tests result are normal.
It could be due to hypertension, stress/panic attack, pulmonarycause/pleuritis, and gastric origin (gastritis, stomach ulcer).
I would suggest to consult the internal medicine specialist and go for proper evaluation and investigations like chest Xray, barium meal Xray.
Take hypertension medicine like bet ablocker and losartan and keep it in the normal range.
Do regular exercise like walking and running for 40-60 minutes in the morning and yoga for the 20-30 minutes.
Avoid stress, spend more time with the family and friends.
Take healthy diet with green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits.
Take 4 almond, 4 pistachio and one walnut daily.
Do not keep you mind on the pain area as your investigations are normal.
Hope this may help you
