What Causes Left Side Head Pain, Eye Pain, Shoulder Pain And Leg Pain?

Dear Doctor, I am Raj Singh, I am 48 years old, I am having Left side head pain and also left eye, neck, shoulder, hip, thigh, leg and upto toe - only on left side these pains having last two months back and I am unable to walk freely. Please help me and give useful tips... thanks lot

Hello,

First of all, you should do some investigations such as: measuring blood pressure, lipid profile and fasting blood glucose.

If you had hypertension, you should receive medical treatment and do an ECHO on your heart.

Then you should change your lifestyle by decreasing salt and fat-rich diet intake.

Moreover, you should stop smoking and drinking and decrease your weight. You need to take some vitamins such as: vitamins B complex and Benfotiamine 40 mg every day.

Finally, you should ask an orthopedic specialist for a complete examination of your body.
