What Causes Left Sided Abdominal And Back Pain Post Food Intake?

For the past week I have been experiencing mild-moderate left side upper abdominal pain as well as left sided back pain. This pain seems to come on worse after eating a meal. Also for a couple of years I have terrible smelling gas. Are these problems associated and what could my symptoms represent? Thanks

Hello,

Acute gastritis or colitis can cause the same kind of pain after meals you should take soft meals and take OTC antacid.
