What Causes Left Sided Abdominal Pain And Nausea?
I developed severe lower -left abdominal pain this afternoon. Also some nausea. Has continued for about 3 -4 hours I had similar pain about 3 weeks ago that came on in the morning. it stayed for a few hours and seemed to go away, but returned later in the day

This seems to be colicky pain that is waxing and waning. It might be due to a stone that is passing through the urinary tract. I suggest you take plenty of fluids and analgesia for pain relief. It's better to see a doctor as well to confirm if its a stone that is causing all these problems or not.
