What Causes Left-sided Abdominal Pain, Low Grade Fever And Frequent Urination?

I am a 55 yr. old female. My left side is hurting. It has been this way for 3 days. Laying on my right side hurts my left side. Walking down stairs hurts. Any type of jarring hurts. Even riding in a car. On the first day of the pain I had a low grade fever. I do not have an ovary on my left side. I do not have painful or frequent urination or any serious medical problems.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
It might be due to colitis.
But I would recommend you to get an ultrasound abdomen to rule out any other pathology.
See a local doctor for help.
Take care
