What Causes Left-sided Abdominal Pain?

I have been experiencing moderate to severe abdominal pain in the middle left sideof my abdomen lasting for several hours this evening. The pain is not constant, sharp at first and then dulls, but returns within 5 minute intervals. I have taken 2 Tylenol.

how are the stools and urine
any burning in urine
any constipation, hard stools, cramps In stomach while passing stool
any associated nausea
Avoid taking too many pain killers over the counter
diet modification
light home based semi solid diet
plenty of fluids
Get ultrasound done and urine routine
