What Causes Left-sided Acute Abdominal Pain Upon Exertion?

Have a child with acute stomach/abdominal pain. Left side, only when he moves. Hurts to roll over onto his back. No noticeable bumps, pooped about an hour ago. Just ate dinner. Does not feel like he needs to throw up. Hurts when he breathes in deeply.

Thanks for your query on Healthcare Magic

I am Dr Kingson would like to answer your questions for your child suffering from left side abdomen pain

Left sided abdomen is mainly due to gastritis or pancreatitis.. but pancreatitis is a rare one.
Gastric pain will have severe symptoms of abdomen pain. I will suggest H2 blockers and antacid gels that will minimize pain.
These should be taken for 1 week and then review after one week.

Hope this is useful.
Thanks
