What Causes Left-sided Arm Pain, Severe Jaw Pain And Shortness Of Breath?
Last night I had pain in my left arm, severe jaw pain and shortness of breath. We drove to the hospital and the symptoms subsided. I waited for 15 minutes in emergency. It was late, symptoms were gone, so we went home. I think I had a heart attack. Not sure what to do. March 20, 2013 I had a SCAD heart attack. No heart damage, no procedures done.

You have to do some investigation to check yiur heart activities..like Monitor Bloody pressure..ECG..2D ECHO..Dopplar study..which will show what exact problem is..
Along with this
*Dont be tensed...just be cool and calm.
*Avoid extra salt n sugar
*Take warm water.
*Have enough sleep n rest.
*Have balanced diet.
*Take care..
