Hi,
I have read your question and I understand your concern. Based on the information provided, it is very difficult to define the cause of your problem.
Almost everyday I see patients that complain of back pain.
It can be caused by a wide variety of conditions, ranging from mild ones to life-threatening diseases.
That is why I would recommend you to go and see your GP. He will help you understand better what is wrong, and lead you through the different treatments available.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Wishing you good health.
