General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Back pain with pressure on the area of the bladder that is worse of lying down or sitting for a long time (depends on position) may be due to a muscle. On the other hand, it is important to have a urine analysis to rule out a urinary infection or urinary tract kidney stones.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,
