What Causes Left-sided Chest And Upper Back Pain While Having Hypertension?

I have a dull stabbing ache in my left side of my chest and left upper back. My left side chest and inside upper left arm have a burning type sensation at times. My chest is tender to the touch. this has been going on for 6 days. my shoulder area always needs stretching and massaging to get flexibility , this has been going on for a while. I have borderline high blood pressure and bad hayfever this year. thank you.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. It is better to get an ECG(EKG) to rule out problems with heart to be on safe side. If that is clear then it can be most likely due to gastritis and taking proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole(Nexium) will be helpful in such case.
Thanks.
