What Causes Left-sided Chest Pain While Climbing Stairs?

3 days ago, After climbing 2 flights of steps and sitting down I developed chest pain left side which lasted the whole day. I since more stairs that day but no further pains. However, the chest and left arm aches from time to time since then. I didnt go to the emergency dept as previously they ruled out any cardiac related after troponin and ecg tests. So im confused if you help please. 35 years old male.

Previously after troponin and ECG , they ruled out any cardiac involvement .
No doubt that time there was not any heart ailment .
As you mentioned that pain develop on left side in the chest and also referred to the left arm .
We can not rule out cardiac involvement because of last tests .
So I would like to suggest you please once again consult one more CARDIOLOGIST and get his opinion.
Precaution is better then cure .
