What Causes Left Sided Headaches And Dizziness?

Hi my name is Liza, im 35 yrs old, and have been experiencing left side headaches, followed by dizziness lost of appetite and have some lumps on both sides right under my skull! The one on the right is bigger and hurts as i touch is, they are both hard, the left side lump is not that big, what can this be!

Hi.

I would first recommend a MRI brain to rule out a few more serious causes for such type of headaches. A visit and consultation with an opthalmologist and an ENT specialist is also wise to get done at the earliest.

As for the lumps, I can only tell after investigation but the only possibilities based on the location are cysts, abscess, etc.
