What Causes Left-sided Lower Back Pain When Diagnosed With Gallstones?

Hiya im a 57 year old woman and have just experienced pain in my lover back on my left side im in goog helth and even though I was diagnosed with gall stones about 2 years ago I havnt ever suffersd from them is it posdible the could have moved to my kidney or bkadder as I have been told they are quite small stone s thank you

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Pain the left lower side of abdomen could be due to stones in the kidney stones and not due to gall stones. This is because gall bladder is present below the liver on the right side of abdomen.
Kindly get an ultrasound abdomen done to know weather there is presence of kidney stones.
Kindly consult Urologist with report for appropriate evaluation and management.
