What Causes Left Sided Pain In Chest And Shoulder Along With Breathlessness?

Hello, I have chest pain in the center and left side of my chest, and also pain occasionally in my left shoulder/arm. Also I have pain and difficulty while breathing. It becomes worse when I lay down, walk around and feels mostly normal when my torso is upright. Also it feels like something in the left side of my chest is shifting and causes more pain in my left arm. I tire more easily and recently after a 10 minute walk my pulse increased by 36 bpm

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the symptoms not being tested for EKG then get it done it is just for safe side and routine test as long as your complain is concern, it may be due to hyperacidity or nonspecific but Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day is advisable, hope this information helps.
