What Causes Left-sided Pain In The Stomach And The Hip Area?

I have a dull pain on my left side not in my stomach but more on my hip area. If I stand and out pressure on my left leg it hurts but then it goes away. Same with laying on my left side. It hurts but then I readjust myself and it stops. I can also feel it in my back sometimes.

Hello

This sounds like you may have diverticulitis--a colon infection--and you need to have a doctor check it out with an exam, blood work, and a ct scan of the abdomen. It can generally be treated effectively with a course of two different antibiotics
