What Causes Left Sided Pain In The Wrist, Hip And The Knee?

I have pain along the left wrist area thumb side, left hip pain and left knee pain without fever or swelling. My knee clicks or pops when i extend it but nothing for my wrist or hip. Trying to determine what might be happening so that i can inform my doctor

Hello,
Not sure why you would just be having this on one side of the body unless you have had some trauma on that side.
However, in the knee, clicking and popping usually means that there is some damage to the cartilage of the knee.
In the other joints you are probably dealing with some osteoarthritis if there is no heat or swelling in those joints
