What Causes Left-sided Pain Under The Ribs, Fatigue, Nausea And Fever?
Left side pain under my ribs,( feels like someone has their fist balled up under my ribs), down the left side of my stomach and into my back constantly. Pain is getting worse. Fatigue, sometimes nausea and fever. I have been a Type 1 Diabetic 30 years.

Hello,
Your symptoms suggestive of acute gastritis like condition.
I suggest you take rabeprazole like antacid for that. For nausea you can take domperidone tablet once a day.
The paracetamol can be prescribed SOS for fever.
Cooked oatmeal help in soothing stomach.
If you don't improve than ultrasonography abdomen need to be done for further work up.
