What Causes Left Sided Pain With Palpitations?
I ve just gone to bed led down and a sharp pinching pain occurred in my left side, it triggered off my heart to race and has resulted in a panic attack. Please help me as this is not the first time this has happened. I had an ecg and Echo last week, no results from egg but they said echo looked ok. Am I having heart problems. It s 1 am in the morning, two kids in bed should I go to a and e.

Heart problem is triggered by effort or stress and I do not think that these problems you have. The pain may be due to chest muscle spasm and this need clinical examination.
