What Causes Left Sided Temple Throbbing Pain With A Twitching Eye?

I ocassionallly get weird throbbing pains in my left temple and a twaitching eye on the same side, its uncomfortable but not too painful. Recently these seem to have got more frequent and more painful. I Thought it might be my eye sight but i got a eye test and everything is fine. I am rather worried.
