What Causes Left Vaginal Pain While Suffering From PCOS?

Hi, Yesterday i had a scan on my ovaries and apparently i have mild PCO, I had a lot of pain on the left side when she had the scanner there compared to the right side. Today i have a tingling sensstion down the back of my legs and wondering if the two may be related?

The pelvic pain in the females may be associated with pelvic inflammation associated with PCOS. The refered pain of pelvic origin would be felt in the inner part of thigh. The pain at the back of lower extremity may be due to back problem and nerve compression.
