What Causes Leg Ache While Jogging?
ihave noticed when jogging myleft leg starts to give me pain . at first i thought it was hamstring but although it was in area in back part of left leg it was just above the knee in back of it but more towards the inside ligiment area of left knee. Do you think it sounds like ligement problem and if yes what is best recomended method to get better since I still like to participate in sports but feel very restricted i will add I am 66 years of age but do play touch football every sunday

I would advise you to do a bone scan. For leg pain you can take Paracetamol tablets twice daily. Also apply anti pain cream locally over the area.
