What Causes Leg Numbness And Pain, Shoulder And Hip Pain With Bruising?

HI My right leg is numb just above my knee,right knee hurts and cant bend it very well,hurts to squat and get up again.....On Feb 4th i was in my yard tossing a ball for my dog,after I tossed it I started to walk away and was stunned with a large electric shock down my right leg after that it went numb just above my knee and has been numb ever since that day in Feb....my right hip hurts all the time and shoulders hurt as well....my shoulders feel bruised at the joints.
